Tuition Refund Policy

Tuition refunds will be issued only if requested at least one week before the first day of the session for which you are registered. After this deadline, refunds will not be issued. In special circumstances, credit toward a future session may be considered at the discretion of the center director.

A $15 registration fee is applied to all new enrollments to help cover administrative and registration costs. This fee is non-refundable and is waived when families re-enroll for a subsequent session.

Class Changes & Cancellation

A minimum of six enrolled children is required for a class to run. Music Together in the North Lakes reserves the right to cancel or consolidate a class that does not meet the minimum enrollment.

If a class needs to be consolidated, families will be contacted and offered an alternative class time, when available. If a class or session is canceled by Music Together in the North Lakes and an alternative class time cannot be provided, families will receive a full refund of tuition paid for the canceled class or session.
